The “E” Part Was Found! How About Going to A Party?

I never heard those words of mouth before. Ones who finally found someone he liked a lot a long time before they met to each other, might be his perfect match. Sadly, I heard that someone who was found had to live her life with her match’s inner circle for that many given time, separated from her match. Who cares?
The “E” part was found. Yes, those echoes. Mickey Mouse even squeaked them louder. “Pick the one you love a lot when you really need him! OK, double it! Pick one of those two, the one you love a lot? Or the one you need that much?”
No-huh! I didn’t want to pick any of them. I preferred to choose to be quiet. Looked around and went away. What to think more? How about going to a party?
I met a hearted American man. He’s cool that way without any smart phone in his palm of hands as I always saw around the office building. His hands are folded to each other. I was glad he didn’t realize about those echoes phenomenon.
It’s 12.24 and I really needed to have lunch. It’s 36 degree of starving escalation. I moved around Kuningan. It’s great to have chili boiled noodles and classic coffee. I chased an empty seat. I sat on two-seat of one table.
Ha-ha! I saw that same hearted American man. He’s about 40 years old. He sat exactly at the front of a huge screen. We’re separated by ten tables. He watched that TV show seriously. He said something loudly to another expatriate beside him. It seemed they had known each other. They might be friends. Wow, again I met researchers!
“It’s a great day to watch TV show. I’m idle today,” told him.
“Yeah, World Cup is always a trending topic. Let’s enjoy it!” replied his friend.
“Please welcome Germany! I think I’m going to miss it. I must eat these faster.” I whispered and told my support to Germany football team.
Yup, they didn’t listened what I said. I didn’t bring those echoes. Thank God! I really wanted to check if I could listen to what they whispered, but I didn’t have much time.
Those volatile, unpredictable and complex variable matters of work-life balance made us believe that everything has changed. He looked pretty cool, not really a workaholic. Me myself, I wasn’t really sure if I could be a workaholic doing my job as an insurance marketer. Should we be workaholics when it’s all been said and done? We just had never felt satisfy and it’s enough.
Your ex-clients might be a workaholic because they fear losing their job; because they desperately need a distraction from their personal life; or because they’re running away from family complications. Never ask the reason, as it’s none of your business—but do offer an ear to your partners at work. Tell them that if they need someone to talk to, you’d be happy to listen.
I just guessed what I wanted to do. The time bomb of lunch time limit clicked its tic-tac needles. I’d got to go. Until we meet again, hearted American man!

Super Bowl Was Not Only A Show, I Felt Its Depth

I thought it’s not just usual Thursday. The sky was very bright. I walked down the bus shelter and turned. I stared outside the window. The bus brought me to Sumantri Brojonegoro, Kuningan. I was stranded in a coffee shop. I met the barista that greeted me politely.
“What would you like to have? Would you like some coffee?” asked the barista.
I looked up the menu, listed on the wall. I needed a little time to think about it. Yeah, I picked one or two of them.
“Yes, Black Coffee Americano and Spring Roll, please!” replied me.
“Yeah, please wait a moment! Thank you!” told him.
“You’re welcome! Sure, I’ll sit around there.” I responded him, with my finger pointed the two-seat table.
I sat quietly. Not for longer time, the waiter brought my Black Coffee Americano and Spring Roll. It’s a nice place to escape, hide and stay. It’s windy. I could see the traffic view.
I wished I was hungry to have a super bowl menu. I tried to write ideas. It’s getting difficult. Yeah, super bowl was not only a show. I felt its depth. My head’s a little spinning around. Thinking out of box was versed, getting it inside.
Why was it so hard for people to see the box as a potential solution, rather than simply a container that held the thumbtacks? The fact is, this limitation is cross-cultural and is not necessarily an indicator of a lack of creativity (a lot of subjects came up with very creative solutions, they just didn’t leverage the box). Functional fixedness reflects our brain’s attempt to understand the purpose of the resources around us through categorization.
I was a child in 80-ies. There wasn’t any game play that made me believe about fortune against fear. When Jumping Jacks got its head out of box, it’s surprising me. Our local culture said it’s a little rude toy. But, look! Thinking out of box made local culture crossed its antiquity to creativity. We just had to wait for feedback and get “our head substances” inside after all things needed its serenity.

A Very True Friend

What did I say? Was that really the right start? How would I know it? I caught up my face screwed with all the wiped sad-mad matters. I just remembered about the things I chatted with my very true friend, then covered it with “pro-contra damage words”.
It used to be just the two of us. Me and Aryo, my classmate when we’re university students. We’re in our campus parking lot. It’s getting crowded there.
“It couldn’t be that way. It means you also want it to be replied. It takes two to tango,” said Aryo.
“How come? That could be just a bias,” I tried to neglect him.
“What bias? Everyone agree that way.” He told me.
Then, Fretz came. He came alone and it’s not usual. We laughed. There’d be a great day with him around us. It’s more cheerful. He laid his hand on Aryo’s shoulder.
            “Hey, what’s on?” asked Fretz.
            “Nothing happened,” replied Aryo.
“You tell a lie! Just now, you both looked wonder to each other, talked, then laughed,” said Fretz.
“Yeah, we’re talking to each other that way,” responded me.
“We’re talking about what occurs around here,” added Aryo.
“Yeah, it’s about different substances made long polemics and they could be bad precedence in our society,” explained me.
“Huh-uh, what do you mean?” asked Fretz without letting us answer it.
The three of us laughed. Prama and Victor lately came. I thought everyone just searched for the figure of someone they admired that much, then they’re “back to the ground” where they stepped to lay their cares to the one they’re finally with. I could walk alone, then got together with someone new at work and social life, or got along with old friends in reunion party.
I didn’t know. No body’s telling me about this. The next steps of what I’d done were just playing with their puzzled words that I’d ever said before I met that man. Yeah, whatever! I could encounter then.
I didn’t agree that way, nor neglect it. That strong willingness make me keep believing. Well, let’s hope so!

Friends That Money Can Buy Or Contenders That “Goodness” Can’t Sell?

You screw that “chewing gum to blow your mind”! It popped out whenever you get a reminder of a finished updating program. You’re surprised to watch your computer restarts. It will let you think that you’ve also been updated by highlight news today on Flock browser.
Look! These are two news that make First Draft of The NY Times. One, Hillary Clinton Focuses on Gun Violence in Courting Wisconsin. It’s hilariously hers. Two, Donald Trump Is Bringing Message of Jobs and Trade … That’s how we call it hope. Yeah, I think they’re both contenders. Contenders that “goodness” can’t sell.
How about the phrase “got friends that money can buy”? I don’t think everyone can tell about their needs, the acceptance. Yeah, you’re now in your “new great huts”. Perhaps, you really want to check one by one of people around who you like or the one even hates you. It doesn’t even a real matter. Take an easy! You’re not public enemy or even enemy of the state.
These two things had ever been bluntly separated those two relationships –friends or contenders-. Am I now “focusing of one thing to do, then do other thing or multitasking”? I will let myself know about. This is what I read now when I needed to live with “peer pressure” life time.
I remembered about the script seller. Yeah, I watched opera show when I was a junior high school student. The building that held the opera show didn’t accommodate its theatrical sound system, so the opera management sold the script. My friend said that I was “that smart enough” to buy the script from a handsome script seller.
“Would you buy the script? It’s not provided in the ticket box. It’s cheap! Just 2.000 for one exemplar,” asked the script seller.
“Alright, just give me five!” responded me.
I gave him 10.000 and said thank you. I and my four friends laughed together. Yeah, he’s too handsome for selling the script. We watched the opera show merrily.
So, what’s done? It’s a very long time ago. I got my own choice. The process of focus is what you can use for your advantage, get things done and not feel like you’ve rushed through everything. Stop using the multi-task approach and you can alleviate the frenzy it can cause. Carve time out for each task and be ruthless with your focus for greater success now and over the long run.

Your client attraction assignment is important. To get more done, it’s time to schedule your important tasks in your calendar. Set aside a day for business development, product development and/or client appointments. Then stick to what your calendar says. I promise you’ll be pleased with the results that greater focus provides.

Oh, come on! A strange voice from radio sings its mezzosopran. It’s a little killing my moody day.

Definitely, focus or multitask doesn’t need to kill you. It’s according to your daily basis of job description. So, what’s to buy? What’s to sell? Frienemy? The scripts had changed to improvisations and improvements. Ha-ha, let’s buy it! Let’s sell it!

A Moment to Get Ready for the Open Possibility

I don’t have a complicated plan today. It’s unusual. I put up my socks after get dress. Those even different as a pair of socks. Well, it means I have such “even close” pairs of socks. Hop, I get the pair of one. Ha-ha, the socks could never be alone! I wear them with clear smile.
It’s still cold outside. I’m now idle. It’s been a week I don’t check if there’s a job vacancy suited my skills, education background and working experience. I really want to check it, but I don’t know why I’m getting lazy this way.
These are the practice of time management I’ve read. I don’t even think to do those as complete as this suggestion. Let’s call it improvisation! As it’s said. Practice the following techniques to become the master of your own time:
  1. Carry a schedule and record all your thoughts, conversations and activities for a week.
  2. Have a time assigned to it. To-do lists get longer and longer to the point where they're unworkable. Appointment books work. Schedule appointments with yourself and create time blocks for high-priority thoughts, conversations, and actions. Schedule when they will begin and end.
  3. Plan to spend at least 50 percent of your time engaged in the thoughts, activities and conversations that produce most of your results.
  4. Schedule time for interruptions. Plan time to be pulled away from what you're doing.
  5. Take the first 30 minutes of every day to plan your day and complete it.
  6. Take five minutes before every call and task to decide what result you want to attain.
  7. Put up a "Do not disturb" sign when you absolutely have to get work done.
  8. Practice not answering the phone just because it's ringing and e-mails just because they show up.
  9. Block out other distractions like facebook and other forms of social media unless you use these tools to generate business.
  10. Remember that it's impossible to get everything done. Also remember that odds are good that 20 percent of your thoughts, conversations and activities produce 80 percent of your results.
Let me check if I can do several points of this suggestion! Who knows it could be an important direction? Point 1, absolutely yes. Point 2, could be a little bothering, then I will work it out. Point 3, could be a hush thing if I get job from a very fast paced, high-pressured working environment. Point 4, I just want to spend it for “me time” and “coffee break”. Point 5, absolutely yes. Point 6, it’s alright. I could still handle it with email account or instant message. Point 7, yeah … I wish everyone around could tolerate it. It might take just three hours to have it. Point 8, phonecall or email from the clients are important. Others can wait. Point 9, this is the one I should think more than twice. Finally, point 10, I don’t mind to think more than 20 percent and hopefully, the results are close to 80 percent.
It’s now 12.58 pm. I still don’t have any idea what I’m going to have for lunch. Rice and scramble eggs? It’s pretty good. No longer, I’ll take those ones. I stepped my feet on the bridge. I met a fundraiser.
“Sista, could I ask you a little question?” asked him.
“Yeah, sure!” responded me.
“Do you agree that we should care about Orang Utan’s extinction?” asked him more.
“Yeah, I agree. It’s now rare,” answered me.
“We just need your sign here to support our fundraising. Would you, please sign here?” asked him.
“Yeah, sure! Bless it!” responded me.
I signed his paper filled of signatures. He said thank you. I continued walking on by. It’s good to do the job I like, but the most important thing is to be happy, as what the fundraiser do. I scream quietly. None is around me. Sure, I cared about Orang Utan’s extinction and cared more about human life.
There are several interested industries that I really want to get in and work with their teamwork. Or still have to work alone? Let’s mention! IT, telecommunication and printed media. Is there still any open possibility to get there? Yeah, I’m in front of the notebook. I’m looking for job vacancies from internet. I’ll let my mind go with that “giant willingness”. None can resist it.
